I am a Chartered Structural Engineer working freelance in the building trade.

In my day to day work, I develop and use computer software for the design and maintenance of buildings. This enables me to enhance the quality of work for my clients and to pool, share and enhance technical expertise with fellow professionals in this country and abroad.

In this day and age, I feel that persons or organization cannot hope to learn on their own. To keep up with change, it is essential to exchange your work practices with others and use the feed back to improve the quality of your work into the future. Organizations having large resources do this by hiring people and buying companies. Individuals with lesser resources like myself do so by making friends in the profession and working freelance for different organizations.

Currently, I am working on various UK projects based in Manchester.
