Masonry Panels
We are currently updating our template for the design of Masonry Panels subjected to lateral loads.   New feature planned are: differing supports for the inner and outer panels, influence of vertical loads from above on the lateral strength of the wall panel, storage of data for wall panels for re-analysis and re-design at a later stage, use of bed joint reinforcement for improving lateral strengths, etc.

Beam Analysis
The update to our beam analysis program is also underway.  The main improvement is expected to be in the database operation of the template.  At present, the template allows storing data for up to 500 beams. It is felt that its database operation can be improved, when storing and retrieving  information to cope with day to day design changes.
